Lesson 1-1. Here we learn to know ourselves better.

Let us think
together what are the usual ways of weight reduction? In my opinion there is
only one - daily routine actions aimed at achieving this result. What happens?
What does one or another technique of weight reduction achieve? In practice -
some temporary reduction is achieved, but often we finish
where we began.
Why is that? The reason is that the things we consider to be a struggle, are
difficult to deal with consistently because we all prefer pleasure to pain.
This rule applies to everything in life not only to weight reduction programs.
So what now?
Should we give up all the attempts? Of course not!
Let's try another way. In our fast weight loss lessons we must focus on a different target to attack.
We actually make a kind of roundabout maneuver. It means we will aim at a
bigger, but more distant target, and as a result of refocusing our attention we
will reach our initial target automatically.
You must persuade yourself, that the real purpose of our training - is not to
reduce your weight, but to reduce the size of your waist and hips. To camouflage
this decision too - we'll use a pair of trousers but... 6 sizes smaller than usual!!!
So
the first task for all the participants is: Go shopping and look for a great pair of
trousers or, perhaps, a skirt for ladies, which you really like, but 6 sizes
smaller than you usually wear, and... buy it.
During
our next lessons it is necessary to talk to this item of clothing, to ask it for
patience, to explain to it, that it "will be worn by you very soon ".
And "soon" MUST
be a precise date in the future! I suggest that you use a period of 3
weeks. During this time you must be totally committed to losing ten
centimeters in your waist or hips.
Is the task clear?
1. To look for AND
to BUY pleasant clothes (trousers)
that are 6 sizes
smaller than usual.
2. To agree with
the clothes, that it will by worn by you
in a maximum period
of 3 weeks.
Only following this
advice you will dump several kilos during the first few days without any
additional actions.
But the “Hidden wisdom”
would not be a miracle if it offered only this single action. There is one
more ritual that is just as easy and effective as the first one.
Actually the headline is
about this second technique.
So, let's start
studying how to know ourselves better.
For this purpose it is
necessary to get a little pocket notebook which you will ALWAYS have near
at hand and to write down the REASONS for each item of food eaten, even the
smallest scrap of food. Drinks are also listed as food.
Important warning. You
MUST write it down BEFORE you eat it.
What does it
give you? First, every evening you will know absolutely precisely what,
how much food and for what reason you have accepted into your belly
today. Then, within a couple of days, just at the beginning of the second lesson,
you will have learned how to separate the real needs of your body from other
reasons for eating. You will soon be in tune with your body.
