So simply Try it and Enjoy! ****** www.DancingWithTheUniverse.com If you look closely...

Nevermind. You don't even have to look closely! You can look from afar. Just flip on the news for 2 minutes.

If you look with your heart, you'll notice that 99% of us on this planet live in a state of constant neurotic paranoia. Fear and Anxiety.

It manifests in your life as a never ending source of problems, frustration, suffering.

We call this stress, or "problems", or "difficult times."

The truth is. As you'll see, we're actually addicted to this neurotic paranoia.

There is nothing wrong with stress, fear, anxiety, or anger... These are all natural parts of being in a human body.

The trouble arises, when stress, fear, and anxiety begin to run your entire life.

Fear and Anxiety are running our whole Planet. And it's time for it to come to an end, starting with each one of us.

"So how do I get rid of fear, stress, and anxiety?" one might ask.

The answer is, "You don't." Getting rid of something would imply you took some conscious action first to GET that.

It also assumes that you "Have" it :)

There is also a huge movement in the self improvement market to "tackle" fear, or create "anti-fear' tactics or "anti-fear" retreats.

These are really beautiful and work. But sadly, in the end...

...well?

In the end, we all know what happens at the end of your 5 day meditation retreat in an Oasis.

You come home, you feel great, and shortly... you go right back to the insanity of the fear and anxiety patterns which run your entire life.

Others still insist on telling you that fear is something you need to "overcome."

So you go to these seminars where they'll have you walk over fire.

Boom! You're done, now you're certified in overcoming fear.

You've walked on fire... you don't have to worry about fear anymore.

And of course... as you may have already realized... this doesn't "do" it either.

You can begin to walk around with the belief that you are an "overcomer of fear." This has great benefits, you can do what others cannot, you can achieve great things.

But...

It's a terrible burden. A horrible burden.

Now, whenever fear arises, you begin to have a battle with it every time. On a daily basis. You're fighting every day.

The war on our planet is simply a reflection of this war we have with ourselves on a daily basis.

I've met many "successful" people like this who were really ticking time bombs. Walking around fighting fear everywhere.

It's a terrible way to live, and may manifest in your life as compulsive busyness(avoiding stagnation and "failure")

Most of the time there is little difference between a "successful overcomer" and someone who goes to the bar every day to get drunk.

It's the same pattern of indulgence in a false sense of self that keeps you happy. Running away from the monster under the bed :)

(Imagine Koko the gorilla hiding under a card-board box from the world)

Or it may manifest eventually as a sickness that begins to rot away your body in a desperate attempt to point your heart to the deeper truth about fear.

Or, you may just avoid the topic of fear all together... You may tell yourself a story like

"Yeah, I've done that, fear isn't an issue, what's really my problem now is something else."

All of this... techniques, walking on fire, relaxation methods... they're brilliant... but when they no longer serve you... you see that they are just other fancy ways to sweep everything under the rug.

Others... have even seen through all that illusion, but instead of seeing fear for what it truly is...

They got caught up in it again... and out of fear ..have developed even fancier "spiritual concepts and beliefs" to skirt around the truth about fear.

So these beliefs may go like..

"Keep fear at bay..."

"Tame the cobra of fear..."

"Don't listen to fear..."

And my favorite...

"Keep your heart closed to fear..."

I challenge anyone teaching this to look deep within themselves to see what they are running away from. Because all of this is still doing a big disservice to humanity.

All of it is still centered around the core illusion that fear is your enemy and it's in some way separate from you.

That it's an obstacle.

An un-inviated friend that's showing up to your party and taking all your stuff while you're passed out on the sofa :)

And practicing these fancy ways of avoiding fear is just like trying to drown cooking oil in water.

No matter how much water you pour into oil, the oil will surface up eventually.

No matter what lid you put on fear, it will show it's ugly head in your life some how.

You can go to all the self enhancement seminars, workshops, read all the books...

You'll get some powerful tid-bits here and there...

But eventually,... you wake up one day and realize that nothing has changed.

The circumstances may have changed.

You may be "more successful", or "less successful" :)

Have more money, less money

More health, less health.

Relationship, no relationship, different relationship. Different Country.

But yet... something inside of you that is driving all your decisions hasn't changed.

This is when you realize that regardless of how hard you've tried, what you did... none of it has made a difference.

This is when you realize you're still living in fear.

And it's time to meet the monster under the bed face to face.

When you begin to see this and acknowledge it in yourself...

Without trying to make up a story as to "why it's okay."

Without running away and trying to do "one more thing."

Without another hope of "Okay, maybe THIS time it will be different...if I just try this one more thing."

Without all that. When you finally decide to look fear right in the face. Dropping your entire story behind as to why you shouldn't do it.

When you see this in your self, this is a sign of true maturity, when you are ready for the next step.

Because every fear is the fear of death.

Not even the bodily death... many people have faced that.

The scarier death.

The death of who it is you think you are.

This is the fear of not only death, but the fear of total annihilation.

There is nothing wrong with fear. It is a normal part of living in a human body.

When you're crossing the street and there is a bus coming right at you, your body will react automatically, fear shoots through your entire being and you jump back.

This is fine.

But what about the neurotic fear that runs your life? The chains that surround you right when you're about to make an important decision.

Many people are so used to living in fear that they don't even know that fear is running their lives.

It's hard to see it at first because your mind has built an entire elaborate "story" about your circumstances, about why you are "special" and why things are the way they are.

But if you look closely... You'll see that there is ONE choice you can make to be free of everything which seems to be holding you in bondage.

But in making that choice, pressure in your body arises somewhere.

This is when most of us just regard it as nothing but pressure and avoid it and go back to doing the same thing over and over again....

In "serious" situations, this pressure builds up to stress... This is when the choice is really seen, this is when the fear shows the tip of the ice-berg.

AT this point though, most of us just drop right back into our automatic anti-stress coping mechanisms.

These mechanisms appear in different ways with different people.

Some people go really silent and hold it all in and are unable to voice their own opinion..they hold it all in until it explodes.

Other people resort to yelling, shouting, Defending, blaming.

For others it's sarcastic humor, bouncing off the situation and putting on a happy face while it's eating them alive.

Once they are done with their mechanism, they either have a smoke, watch some TV, or find another distraction before this pressure shows up again and again in their lives.

Again... the pressure built to anxiety, it was "dealt" with(another fancy way of saying "avoid")...

But .... If you face the pressure... and let the anxiety come... Let it come...

Watch as your mind tries to deal with it in some way... If you don't touch your "reaction mechanism" if you just sit there... and look closer..

The anxiety and stress will build into fear. The fear will begin to burn brighter and brighter until it consumes your entire being. Don't touch it even then. Don't run away. Look even deeper. You will find the fear of death. The fear of losing everything. Everything. Don't touch it even there.

I invite you to sit there. To burn in the fire of your own fear. Watch it all burn :) See what happens... Because the funnel of fear isn't never-ending... Sooner or later you pop out on the other-side..

And you witness that which never dies. This is the truth of who you truly are.

This is when you realize, that everything you've ever done in your life, no matter how beautiful it may have been... most of it was in the background of fear.

Motivated purely by the fear of death. Either in an avoidance of "becoming" something...

Or in an attempt to uphold some image, some idea of who it is you think you are that you need to be seen as, that you need to be for yourself, or for other people.

Even though many of the ideas in your life seemed humble... you see through them...

All of them were mere attempts of "self" preservation :) Running away from death. The irony..In meeting the fear of death fully, you realize the self-less.

The bliss and happiness that follows this is indescribable.

One poet wrote... "If only tasted for a moment, would satisfy anyone for a lifetime..."

This is the consciousness that in the past only very rare beings were able to speak about...

Christ, Buddha, Krishna, Mohammed... Most of these rare beings have been terribly misunderstood. Their teachings were formed into Dogmatic egoistic structures.

The typical pattern in the past for someone listening to one of these people was to see them as exactly that... a "rare being" who "has something" which "I don't have"

"So I have to do something, to get what they have..." The truth is... this consciousness is free, and available to every living being on this planet. Without a stepping stone to get there.

The only requirement is to finally be fed up with it all :)

To be willing to see through yourself. To be willing to see through the story which has been running your entire life...

The story of: "I am not yet complete" translation "I better keep accumulating more of "me" before I die or before something takes it all away, or before I am exposed to be nobody."

To be willing to burn in your own fire of fear to see what's really true. To see who you truly are.

When you stand in the face of the fire of fear, without reaching for another fancy "new-age" method for running away from it... all your fear based patterns begin to fall away..

All the chains and fear based patterns that have been running your life begin to fall away like dried up mud surrounding a pearl :)

Then the truth of who you truly are shines through.

So now the choice is yours... ask yourself... "What am I afraid of losing?" "What am I trying to become?"

Don't think of the answer, or some "right" answer. Just let it emerge from the depths of your unconsciousness.

In the past this message and it's core had only been reserved for a few very lucky people. Now it is available to everyone.

We're destroying this planet every-day. And for that to end... first... the war inside of you has to come to an end.

it is uncertain how much more time we have here, it's really up to us, and it starts with you and me. We're at a time when the seeds are being cast in the wind.

Now that you have one, it's up to you with what you will do with it.

Fear is just one of those great gifts that can point you to the truth of who you truly are... if you allow it to.

May all beings be free,
